My Why for Creating Three Tails
Hi! I’m Lauren, I’m 32 years old, and the face behind all the love, care, and passion that is Three Tails Pet Care! With over 11 years of experience in pet sitting, I bring both expertise and heart to every home and four legged friend that I meet. With the encouragement and support of my husband, what began as a passion has grown into a professional calling, one that allows me to share my care and dedication to families across Orange County.
As a proud animal lover, with my three rescue dogs (Lenny, Beans & Grace), a snake, a tortoise, and some fish of my own, I’ve experienced first hand the difficulties of finding a reputable and trustworthy pet sitter. When I first moved to from New York to OC eight years ago, finding someone equipped in tending to the unique medical needs of Beans, who also had an understanding of Lenny’s anxiety and reactivity, seemed impossible. Eventually, and only after one too many poor experiences, I pretty much gave up on the thought of traveling all together. With my entire family living on the east coast, the reality of this was absolutely devastating for me. My entire purpose behind TTPC stems from the hope that nobody else will have to experience the same!
As of today, I am in school full time (online) in my long pursuit of becoming a Speech Language Pathologist, while working minimal hours as a Behavioral Therapist and a nanny. Because of my open availability, I figured what better way to give back then to be of service to the fur parents and fur babies in our community! With this blossomed Three Tails Pet Care, in my eagerness to move beyond just friends and family to further spread my love, care, and compassion to YOUR pets too!
Rest assured, your four legged little (or big) fur babies, as well as your reptiles, will ALWAYS be in the best of care with me, as their needs are always at the forefront, no matter what they enTAIL!
